Sheffield CEO vows to come strong after ban

The FA executive body this week met and maintained that Sheffield United FC must serve their one year ban which was slammed on them last season.

The ban was slammed on them by the out gone WAFA executive led by Alhaji Alim Awoko Sesay, but was reversed by his successor, Mr. Abdul Kanasieu.

WAFA and the FA have been at logger heads for weeks for the smooth running and fair play of the game.

According to the CEO of Sheffield United, Fred Claye (in photo), the entire executive has accepted the FA ban but vowed that nobody will pull him down out of malice and jealousy, adding the club will continue to train as usual, pay their players salaries and play international friendly matches to keep fit.

He said they have invested the sum of Le100 million to beef up the squad for next season. He appealed to all fans to be calm and always be loyal to the club.

He revealed that he will support Mr. Rodney Michael to be the next SLFA President.
