FC Kallon depart to Nigeria for CAF match
FC Kallon are leaving the shores of Freetown to meet their Warri Wolves counterparts in Nigeria for a replay of the second leg of the Confederation of African Cup of Nations slated for the weekend with a 27 man delegation.
The first leg ended in a goalless draw at the National Stadium in Freetown.
The second leg is considered as a crucial match for both teams.
A scoring draw will qualify FC Kallon to another stage, and a win for either team will also take them to another stage. The team is traveling with 19 players and 8 officials with John Conteh leading the delegation.
Speaking to the team captain, Mohamed Kallon he said they are optimistic of victory as the team is in good spirits.
