An Interview with lawyer Alpha Sesay on International Justice as a “non-respecter” of the position of a person
From day one of the pre-election conflict in Bo which claimed one life and left many wounded, Salone Radio Amsterdam has interviewed people from the two political parties that were involved in the conflict and some members of the civil society. They all gave their political view of the conflict and called on the authority to take immediate actions in order to fall stall an occurrence in Sierra Leone of the post-election conflict that gripped Kenya in 2007.
The perpetrators of this conflict should know that the International Criminal Court is watching them and ready to investigate and prosecute any individual who will be found wanting for creating any disturbances during the 2012 elections that will “disturb the conscience of the international community.”
On 23 September 2011 Salone Radio Amsterdam had an exclusive interview with Alpha Sesay Sesay (Alphonze), an erudite lawyer. The interview centered on the possibility of investigating and prosecuting persons who may be responsible for possible “core crimes” that may be committed during 2012 elections:
