Blamoh Roberts and Alpha Muhammad Lighali Alghali resign from SLPP positions
Blamoh Roberts, Young Generation Leader (Central District), and Alpha Muhammad Lighali Alghali, Regional Organizing Secretary, Western Area – SLPP, both issued letters of resignation from their positions with the Sierra Leone Peoples Party.

My busy schedule and work rate in my office will not permit me to perform the function of the above mentioned subject and more so the tribal sentiment which has been placed above the party motto

RESIGNATION FROM THE POSITION OF REGIONAL ORGANIZING SECRETARY, WESTERN AREA – SLPP
I have been loyal, honest and devoted member of the Sierra Leone People’s Party for over 10 years. I have worked diligently in several offices in the party to the best of my ability.
I am presently faced with a pressing issue, which would not enable me to perform my duties, in the interest of the party. I would not be able to undergo the immediate functions of the party, when I am called upon to do so.
By copy of this letter, I am resigning my position as Regional Organizing Secretary Western Area with immediate effect and I am still a member of the Sierra Leone People’s Party.
I would endeavour to update all monthly subscription at all times.
Although I am resigning as the Western Region Organizing Secretary, I gained a lot in all political function of the party.
I wish the entire party good luck in all its endeavours.
