BREAKING NEWS: Sierra Leone Ministers Relieved
The general public is hereby informed that Mr. Sheku Tejan Koroma, Minister of Health and Sanitation, was today charged to court in Freetown by the Anti-Corruption Commission.

While he is standing trial, Mr. Koroma has been relieved of his duties as Minister by His Excellency the President. The Vice President Alhaji Samuel Sam-Sumana will with immediate effect supervise the Ministry of Health and Sanitation.
In another development, His Excellency the President has also relieved Mr. Leonard Balogun Koroma of his duties as Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President. Accordingly, it has pleased His Excellency the President to appoint Dr. Komba Kono as the new Minister of State in the Office of the Vice President, subject to the approval of Parliament.Â
