Man docked for false pretences
Alimamy Mansaray was denied bail by Magistrate Steven Conteh of Court No. I after pleading not guilty to three count charges of obtaining money by false pretences, contrary to section 32(1) of the larceny Act 1916,
In the particulars of offences it confirmed that the accused at respective dates, obtained monies from one Fatmata Sheriff, Mabinty Fofanah and Mohamed Kamara.
He was remanded in custody pending proceeding. Matter adjourned to 7th.
