It was a very chilly night in a match that was described as a county derby with just over 1500 spectator’s that saw a wonderful first performance of their Sierra Leonean agile striker Tetteh.
Tetteh created two penalties that were converted by his teenage friend Mohamed Bangura in the 20th and 31st minutes respectively to secure another victory after their convincing 3-0 victory against Sundsvall.
Both players were behind everything in the first half hour in the encounter and according to Tetteh he feel his time has come, “I feel am ready to show the AIK’s fans a lot more and this is my time to prove all doubters wrong, with the support of Mohamed’s tricks there is lot more to come,” he said.
“I feel good we won and it’s due to team work but I was fortunate to be in a position that accounted for the two penalties,” Tetteh said with a smile.
Their combination is something defenders will find very difficult to handle, they have been very impressive at their local club FC Kallon, and Tetteh has strength in depth while Mohamed is skilful, a combination that will be really exciting to watch in the new Allsvenkan season.
