Another PMDC Man Resigns!
Alusine Maxim Sesay, one of PMDC’s most popular candidates in the western area, a few days ago, resigned his position as party member. The resignation of Maxim Sesay (in photo) came as a result of pleas from politicians, who wished him a more popular political party devoid of the PMDC.
According to content in his resignation letter, it is stated that Maxim Sesay appears not to competently compromise his job with politics.
Another school of education says he resigned on grounds of pressure from the electorates of constituency 110 ward 389, who time and again, had asked him make a switch ‘homage’ to the APC.
Maxim Sesay, popularly known as ‘Cappay,’ was leader of Wilberforce Barracks Youths/Children of Colonels resident there.
He was also the founder and leader of the Lord Resistant Army (LRA) during periods of AFRC rule.
It could be recalled that Maxim Cappay was PMDC candidate for constituency 110 ward 389, but was defeated by Bodae Gibson, an APC candidate, in the 2008 local council elections.
Sources say his resignation came as a shock to executive of the PMDC.
It is revealed that Maxim Cappay will possibly join forces with the APC in its pursuit to wrap up the 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
It has reached this press that the outgoing PMDC man has the support of residents of Wilberforce communities.
Although efforts to get comment from Maxim Cappay proved futile, sources say he is scheduling a meeting to disclose his political intention to his people at the Wilberforce community.
