$10,000 Bucks for Lands Director?
The Director of Lands, Dr. Farmer, we are told, was project consultant for the registration of lands within Western Area.
It was a project funded by the World Bank and was dishing emolument of big fat dons to Dr. Farmer every month – thousands of raw United States dollars.
As at press time, information sourced out reveals how Dr. Farmer and erstwhile Lands Permanent Secretary, Christian Smith (now at State House), violated terms of reference as stipulated in project proposals thus the retched setbacks observed.
Unconfirmed information states that the World Bank intends to withhold funding should the ACC not bring to book person found culpable of converting project funds in pockets of selfish greedy individuals.
