He is not for sale – Coach Bjorn
The assistant coach of Sweden’s last season champions AIK has said Sierra Leonean wonder kid is not for sale. In yesterday’s press conference he made this known after several months of rumors about several European clubs trying to snatch away AIK’s savior Mohamed Bangura (in photo).
“AIK would not release their diamond, he is not for sale. He has three years left on contract with us, “said AIK’s assistant coach Bjorn Wesström.
The Stockholm club climbed up to eleventh place in the league to save their place in the Allsvenkan after holding Atvidaberg to a one all draw in their last match of the season 2009 -10.
In recent weeks it been rumored that even head coach Alex Miller will leave the club but according to reports today from AIK the coach will still remain the head coach for the Stockholm team.
“I have a contract with AIK again next year. I’m staying,” said Alex Miller, immediately after the press conference.
AIK’s successful acquisition Mohamed Bangura becomes one of the hottest on the market now in Sweden and across Europe.
