Hadji on hat-trick in Limassol derby
21-year-old Mustapha Hadji Bangura last Saturday scored a great hat-trick 3-0 for his side Apollon Limassol in their derby triumph over AEL Limassol.
The Sierra Leone international has been playing in Cyprus for five seasons now, having arrived at Nea Salamina Famagusta in 2006.
The attacking midfielder is considered to one of the hottest prospects in the Sierra Leone national team. Bangura is an all-round attacker and can play almost anywhere going forward, including as a striker.
Previously scouted by giants such as AS Monaco, Olymbiakos and Werder Bremen, he has not yet managed to secure a big move.
These were his first goals since he signed for Apollon this season, previously having played with the club on loan from Omonia Nicosia.
Hadji is a playmaker, with lightening quick pace, has great technical ability and also possesses a powerful shot on goal.
