His absence will be vital despite playing at home and they need a win to settle for mid table spot.
According to head coach Tom Prahl they are doing all what it takes to win this clash, Tom believes his side is one of the strongest teams in the division this season despite lying in 9th position with 32points.
“The whole season has so far been very good for Trelleborg FF. We are one of the strongest team forms since the summer break and have turned an absolute tough side to defeat that is why we are located in the middle layer of the table,” he said.
He continued, “I hope that I and the audience are given a win against Malmo, a win will be just enough, but it will definitely be a battle and close combat as our opponents are very good side. An entire team effort will be needed in a game like this; it will be intense, just like a derby match. There has been a little this and that of the product in our last two games against Malmo. A combat operation is needed for us to play our game and obtain goals. With better ball possession, control, and passing the ball well, this creates chances by not giving them space to play their game. If we can do this we can keep them at bay,” he told journalists at his press conference.
