Sudan takes President Koroma’s agenda to Germany

Sorie Sudan Sesay donated free of charge about fifty copies of the latest edition of SIERRA Update news magazine to the All People’s Congress (APC) Germany Chapter during their Cultural and Fund-raising festival over the weekend.
The magazine was eventually sold out for 5 Euro each and among the dignitaries who bought the magazine was Sierra Leone Ambassador to Brussels Dr. Christian Kargbo who got about six copies for himself and staff.
President of the Chapter Mohamed Bangura said proceeds of the magazine would go towards the Chapter’s fund-raising drive.
The magazine was a hit and a good source of information for Sierra Leoneans who had for long been starved of current developments back home in Sierra Leone.
“The quality of the magazine is superb and informative and just what every Sierra Leonean in the Diaspora would love to get,” said Idrissa Conteh, who traveled from Berlin to Frankfurt for the festival.
SIERRA Update carries extensive and exclusive coverage about President Koroma’s achievements since he took over government about three years ago.
Sorie Sudan said the donation of the magazine is a way of spreading the achievements of the government of President Koroma to the wider international community.
“I thought it wise to take the news to our people in the Diaspora so that they will know better about Sierra Leone and the good work of President Koroma who is gradually succeeding to transform the country from the mess done by previous governments,” said the Diplomat.
SIERRA Update is also distributed to diplomatic missions in the United Kingdom.
