Airtel launches new site in Sahn Malen

One of Sierra Leone’s leading mobile telecommunication company Airtel has launched its site in Sahn Malen Pujehun District Friday 8^th at the town’s community centre.

In her path, the Corporate Affairs Manager June Rose Johnson expressed gratitude to the people of Sahn Malen and other personalities for joining them to launch the new site in Sahn Malen and surroundings.

The Managing Director Mr. RVS Bhullah, in his account said Airtel promised to expand its network to the four corners of Sierra Leone. “Today, we bring to reality what we promised as we formally launch our new network coverage site in Sahn Malen in the Pujehun District,’ he said.

“At Airtel we are proud of achievements made and we shall always bring to the doorsteps of all, a first class and modern telecommunications system.”

Airtel is pleased to bring the people of Sahn Malen and its surrounding area into the Airtel family where there is a better and sweet riding world of communication with quality services affordable to society, he said.  Airtel’s continual outlay of the goodies in communication to the Sierra Leonean society confirms the company’s commitment to improving the lives of people at communities it operates.

Giving his statement, the Minister of Information Alhaji I.B. Kargbo said he is happy with the management of Airtel for enabling the people of Sahn Malen to benefit from mobile communication facilities. Airtel has done so many things to promote the country such as:

• the building and adoption of schools
• the development of  telecommunications
• Airtel promotions.

Alhaji I B Kargbo launched the Sahn Malen site and called on the community people to take advantage of such facility.

Airtel is the leading mobile network operator in Sierra Leone with the widest coverage and quality network, and is currently the only network in Sahn Malen.
