Hotel Luawa, located in Kailahun Town has thirty bedrooms and caters for international and local visitors.

The hotel is constructed by a son of Kailahun soil. The hotel, we are told, is owned by one Maya Kaikai and was constructed within 12 months.

The hotel, it is revealed, was built to ease the housing problems visitors are non-residents of Kailahun town, but go there in search of firsthand information on issues of either national or international concerns.

The Luawa Hotel has thirty {30} self contained bedrooms with internet facility to enable guests to connect to the world of recent happenings.

It has modern orthopedic foam mattresses that provide comfort and ease sorrows.

The hotel has a VIP suite with two {2} parlours, two flush toilets and a wireless internet facility and television to suit convenience.

It has a conference hall that accommodates three hundred {300} guests.

This hotel has provided jobs for thirty {30} family heads, all of which are indigenes of Kailahun.

Luawa hotel has a gymnastic facility with two {2} generators that provides twelve hours electricity – from 7 pm to 7 am every day.

The hotel has vehicle facilities to enable tourists to move around the Moa beach to see its natural vegetation.

In an interview with the owner and proprietor, Mr. Kaikai, he said the hotel has begun growing organic food, which he said will be prepared for guests to eat’.

He also told this press that the hotel has a car park that can house thirty {30} or more vehicles.
