APC assures Sierra Leoneans in Saudi Arabia

Chairman of the All People’s Congress (APC) party, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, has assured that his party will foster unity, friendship and reconciliation among all Sierra Leoneans in the Kingdom, irrespective of tribe, political affiliation and ethnic origin.

Mr. Sorie Ibrahim Kanu made these remarks when explaining his party’s socio-economic, infrastructural and cultural development in a dinner party held  at  Gada Hall, few kilometers outside the Kingdom’s national Capital, Riyadh last weekend.

The Chairman reiterated that his party will enhance the welfare of all Sierra Leoneans living in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States. He therefore, called on his compatriots to join the President, Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma in the development of Sierra Leone.

“If Sierra Leone forges ahead, it would be in the interest of all of us,” he told hundreds of Sierra Leone and non Sierra Leoneans who graced the occasion.

Kanu also encouraged Sierra Leoneans to help in the sustenance of the democratic ideals of his party, adding, “That will elevate the dignity of our people as a nation across the world.”
