“God is my witness”… CSP Lappia

Superintendent Chief of Police (CSP) Lappia said that he will talk to the press after the completion of the investigation which was alleged by Mrs. Francis Munu, that he unleashed serious beating on her underscoring that “God is my Witness”.

“I have a lot of age in my favour and as a young man coming up in the Sierra Leone Police with a big rank but I believed the truth will reveal itself soon at the stress. A lot of papers have indicted me for wrong doings without cross checking from me about the truth of the matter but they went ahead to publish but I am cool until the investigation exonerates me from any wrong doing.

Suspended CSP Lappia has served the Sierra Leone Police with an unblemished record ever since he was enlisted into the Sierra Leone Police. He has been very instrumental in probing high profile cases that has earned him laurels locally and internationally. He is one of the best if the best CID breeds after the late AIG. T.P. Gbekie was transferred from CID to police head quarters.

He is on record to be corrupt free throughout his policing career. Police sources say that the incident was unfortunate as CSP Lappia is very respectful to his superior officers. Police sources also confirmed that the matter has been speedily concluded and is now before the Inspector General of Police Brima Acha Kamara, to make or break CSP Lappia or reconciled both Mrs. Francis Munu and CSP Lappia.

The public is anxiously watching on the outcome of the decision Acha Kamara is going to hand down this week on CSP Lappia who will be going on peace keeping mission any time from now.
