PC Goway Sama Hands Over Staff Today
The Minster of Local Government and Rural Development, Maya Moiwo Kaikai, has informed this medium that the suspended Paramount of Tunkia Chiefdom, Kenema District, Amara Goway Sama, will today hand over his staff after being suspended some days ago.
He relayed the information during a mobile phone interview with his press yesterday.
The Minister further disclosed that many of those who condemned the suspension are now busy apologizing over the Star Line Radio in Kenema.
He pointed out that Goway Sama’s suspension is not politically-oriented as misconstrued by many but that the chief was suspended based on several demonstrations staged against him by his own people mainly due to the illegal contracts he was signing with companies to exploit them.
Kaikai said he has a pile of documentary evidence to justify the suspension of Paramount Chief Sama.
