Gang Rapists Found Guilty

Two young rapists, Mohamed Kargbo, 21 years and Santiqie Sesay, 19 years, have been found guilty by the Freetown High Court presided over by Justice Sam Margai.

According to court records, the accused persons on diverse dates in February, 2012, at Tower Hill in Freetown, ganged raped a 15 year- old girl.

They were later committed to the High Court where were indicted with the offenses of conspiracy and rape accordingly. The matter was prosecuted by State prosecutors in the persons of Lawyer M.N Bittar and colleague A.H.M Bockarie.

The accused were represented by Lawyer Festus B. Conteh.
