In Sierra Leone, the following days will never arrive; if they do, then be rest assured that the country has turned upside down and they must be added to our numerous public holidays.

  1. The day SLPP will score 100% votes in the North-West and APC 100% in the South-East.
  2. The day Balogun will disclose the unit cost of the hundred new buses which he procured via a very illegal loan the payment of which is not binding on government.
  3. The day our first appointed Vice-President, Victor Foh, will declare for the SLPP and secure full membership card.
  4. The day our notoriously cantankerous main opposition party, the Palm Tree SLPP, One Country, Divided People will stop quarrelling.
  5. The day Mr. Corruption will say goodbye to Sierra Leone and Sierra Leoneans wish him an unsafe journey to hell.
  6. The day our honorable Force for Good will cease greasing palms with reckless and lawless; IG Munu will celebrate that day.
  7. The day Minkailu Bah will pay do a prompt payment of school fees subsidies to all public primary schools.
  8. The day traders will finally vacate Abacha Street and go to the markets.
  9. The day our most quarrelsome football association, SLFA, will stop the protracted palaver over power.
  10. The day Sierra Leone will finally stop experiencing blackout.
  11. The day Charles Francis Margai will return to the SLPP on bended knees pleading for mercy for all the alleged sins he has committed against the party by breaking away and merging with the Red Sun burn down the Green Palm Tree.
  12. The day Minkailu Bah will collectively approve and pay all the hundred of so-called volunteer teachers languishing in our dry classrooms.
  13. The Sierra Leoneans will start to respecting time by arriving at 10am for a meeting scheduled for 10am.
  14. The day the ruling All Peoples Congress (APC) will choose Julius Maada Bio to lead the party with Somanoh Kapen as his running mate to clinch the 2018/2020 polls.
  15. The day our dead teachers will stop resurrecting to receive their salaries every blessed month.
  16. The day Sierra Leone will occupy the apogee of the UN index.
  17. The day Sierra Leone will win the world cup trophy.
