Kabala chief donates land for construction of youth village

Making the donation in the presence of government officials at the construction site in Kabala, the paramount chief said he was complimenting the effort of President Koroma in promoting the agenda for prosperity, especially in the area of youth empowerment.
The Minister of Youth Affairs, Alimamy Kamara thanked the paramount chief for his intervention, saying the construction of the youth village will be of international standard. He explained the plans government has for young people in the country.
Chairman of the Koinadugu District Council, Sheku Kamara praised the paramount chief and the government of President Koroma for identifying Koinadugu District for the construction of a modern youth village which will help promote the welfare of youth in the country.
Speaking on behalf of the youths in the district, Mousa Donald Marrah assured the gathering of the youth participation during the construction of the village.
The minister was accompanied by Chinese experts and state house officials.
