Freetown residents and hotel guests will soon be able to spend Sundays in five star style, with the Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko’s signature ‘Sunday Brunch.’  Starting this Sunday 4 May, 2014 the newly opened hotel’s Executive Chef Lorenzo Stride will be serving up a lavish and decadent brunch buffet at The Deck – Mammy Yoko’s superb poolside restaurant.

Brunch guests will be welcomed with a complimentary Sunday cocktail and be able to enjoy an indulgent buffet selection which varies from week to week, and reflects fresh seasonal flavours and local ingredients.  For this Sunday’s launch brunch menu, Lorenzo will be offering state of the art cuisine, based on authentic Mediterranean and international flavours for everyone’s taste.

While the sun shines, guests can enjoy The Deck’s casual poolside ambiance against a backdrop of live music.  In the rainy season, Nuno Neves, the hotel’s General Manager is planning a kids club so that parent’s can relax while their children are entertained, making the Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko’s Sunday Brunch a win-win experience for the whole family!

As well as fine dining and a relaxed, casual-chic poolside environment, international, national visitors, and hotel guests can be sure that the Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko’s attention to service means that they are guaranteed to be treated with nothing but the utmost hospitality.

The Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko’s Sunday Brunch buffet will be available from 12 noon – 4 p.m. every Sunday.  Cost is Le220,000 per person and includes unlimited buffet and a welcome cocktail.  Children 12 years and under eat for half price while those six years and under eat free.
