Coordinator set to commemorate World Aids Day in Eastern Region

The Regional Coordinator of the National HIV/AIDS Secretariat (NAS) eastern region Mr. Mohamed M B Sisay is putting things in place for the commemoration of the world AIDS Day on the theme leave that going to commence on the 26th November 2013 to the 2 December 2013 in Kenema, Kailahun and Kono in the Eastern Republic of Sierra Leone.

Speaking to this medium in a mini press briefing held at his 108 Hangha road office in Kenema, the regional coordinator of the National HIV/AIDS Secretary (NAS) Eastern Region Mr. Mohamed M B Sisay said as the regional coordinator of NAS Eastern Region he and his staff are preparing for the commemoration of this year World Aids Day that is going to be in the eastern region is schedule for the 26th November to  2nd of December 2013 with a float parade.

The regional coordinator emphases that this year commemoration is going to take a difference style ranging from the 26th November to the 2 December this year. Adding this year commemoration will be starting with a vigil, a thanks giving services and a Friday prayer, a gala competition quiz among others.

This press caught up with the regional coordinator of Nethips eastern region Mr. Patrick Kpakar said that with the intervention of their organization in the planning this year commemoration is going be one of it kind and therefore called on the general public to give their support to the coming world Aids Day and also admonish the general public to stop pointing finger at people  living with the virus and called on the public come and do there test to know their status, and their office is always open to the general public.
