London Mining and Tecsbaco save their dispute
Pineway and Tecsbaco today announced that they have reached agreement with London Mining on their dispute, resulting in a royalty of 22.5 cents per tonne of iron ore sold or exported by London Mining to be payable to Pineway/Tecsbaco going forward.
Pineway and Tecsbaco are pleased that this dispute has been fully and finally settled with the unanimous consent of their directors and shareholders and wish a continued success for the future development of the project.
