Appointment of Manager Government Relations
Freetown- (24 September 2013) – London Mining is pleased to announce the appointment of Whitsun Ade-Cole (Jr.) as Manager Government Relations effective 1 October 2013. Whitsun joins the company from the Office of the President where he was a Policy Analyst of the Strategy and Policy Unit, State House, Freetown. In this role, Whitsun contributed to the effective running of the performance contract and management systems for THREE ministries and FIVE local councils and provided advisory support on policy research and analysis.
Whitsun has over 15 years’ experience in policy analysis and PUBLIC relations having previously worked with the Strategy and Policy Unit, Sierra Leone. In addition, Whitsun has also worked as a rapporteur at the Commonwealth Foundation, London and as a lecturer Webster University and Universiteit van Amsterdam in The Netherlands and Fourah Bay College, Sierra Leone. Whitsun holds a master’s degree in International Relations.
