Professor Parrot – Keifala’s caterpillars at work

If Parrot’s ears did not deceive him, he could recall that the Kenema City father promised to use his caterpillars to repair the countless potholes on the roads in the city when elected. He made the promise to Kenema residents during his campaign for the position he is now occupying.

Parrot is grateful to the city father for fulfilling his promise to the letter; when the great professor visited Kenema recently, he was almost deafened by the cacophony of Keifala’s caterpillars which were hard at work repairing the roads as he promised. Blama Road and other major roads and streets are free of potholes. Parrot hereby congratulates the city father!

But is it true that the city father rents his own caterpillars to the council at fabulous cost?
