Wu te-teh Rally, De Pa Say: “Gee Dem road”

Speaking without recourse, these APC supporters showcased the president’s trump card of a track record basing it as reason enough to reward him on Saturday November 17 as the whole country goes to the polls. Deficient of such decent record, according to the APC, the SLPP’s Presidential nominee Julius Maada Bio mellows no hope in his supporters but are embroiled in blame games. Resorting to the use of invectives would not help at this moment, says the opinion of a social and political commentator who decided to remain anonymous; all that helps at the moment is the sale of ideology, which he believes the SLPP lacks until such time the elections are over and president Koroma regains power for his second consecutive term.
The muse has been on the authoritative manner in which the SLPP are stretching their dints of doubt; especially with the aura penchant they describe President Koroma’s achievements as being cosmetic.
SLPP rally in Freetown
Yesterday’s rally of the SLPP in the capital of Freetown displayed such use of dismaying language and the APC showing tolerance to political pluralism eschewed their rage putting into use of the phrase: “Gee Dem Road,” an APC youth retorts.
“As far as the eyes of the opposition are concerned, every achievement in the Koroma led government is cosmetic like the proverbial carpenter in whose eyes everything is a hammer”, he said. “The Pa has a track record” – (referring to the President) – in which much is left to talk about, he claimed.
“We cannot deviate from such trendy story to resort into some sort of invectives like our counterparts are doing. Their pain has been the flag bearer who is an unsellable product due to his track record of having a bloody past”, the commentator stated.
