Resident Minister captures the south
It has come to the notice of this reporter that the minister of state south who is referred to as the resident minister Hon. Moijueh Kai Kai (in photo) has taken over the southern part of Sierra Leone that is referred to as the stronghold of the main opposition Sierra Leone People‘s Party (SLPP).
Speaking to this reporter, a man who identified himself as a resident of Nyandehun village, Kakowa Chiefdom, Bo District, southern Sierra Leone, said that Moijueh Kai Kai is a thorough representative of the centre government of the government in the south and that since his tranfer in the south they have not experienced any serious political violence, and as for his good working relationship he has been able to win the minds of more than one hundred strong SLPP supporters.
Momoh Rogers reiterated that he was also a strong and die hearted SLPP supporter but because of the good working relationship and friendliness of Moijueh Kai Kai with the grassroots people in the south that prompt him to move his support to the ruling All People’s Congress (APC).
A lady who identified herself as a resident and student of Njala University, Bo campus, said that the minister has been of great help to their university and that she has also personally benefited from the goodness of the Moijueh Kai Kai (Minister) which has prompt her and her friends to move to the APC and promised to win over more people to the APC.
Mohamed Musa a famous josses seller at Magbogohun Market, Bo city, said he is the chairman of over 80 people who were all strong members of the SLPP but they have come over to the APC because of the developments made by the Ernest Koroma lead government and the good relationship they have with minister of state south Hon. Moijueh Kai Kai. He called on other Sierra Leoneans who love development not to vote on party base but rather vote based on individual ability, more especially Ernest Bai Koroma who is development oriented.
