APCs ‘New Ark’ given thumps up

APC’s new convert, Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara has inaugurated M S Turay as chairman of the Russia Market Women Organisation (RMWO). The ceremony took place at Magazine Cut in the east of Freetown and a host of important dignitaries from the ruling All People’s Congress (APC) painted the occasion red.

Speaking at the ceremony, chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Unisa Alim Sesay aka (Awoko) ushered praises to Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara and his family calling them “the blessed”.

Delivering his soundest of speeches, Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara said Magazine is always close to his chest. He said to salvage the needs of his people is his compelled task. In is exact words Usu said, “if we all agreed as people we could reach the heavens, talk less of alleviating the problems in our country.”

Mr. Kamara said Sierra Leone is the only country all Sierra Leoneans have, urging that we must all team to protect it.

“We should inculcate the spirit of true nationalism so that we can achieve our national aims and objectives of a nation that can fulfill it ambitions and provide a better life for it citizens.

Usu Boie said he is not the type that gives promises as he always applies what he says

Speaking on the importance of the August Meeting, Chief Ya Bomwara Manfinon, said amongst other things that they have been suffering from flooding when it rains heavily. The area called ‘Russia’ in the Magazine community formed part of the slums settlement in the capital Freetown.

She said due to Usu’s generosity such a challenge is now a thing of the past.

Usu deserves a tap at the back and should be given access to mainstream politics in this country because he has lived to the expectations of us, the masses, and such are the type of politicians that the Sierra Leonean society is craving for.

Promising the people of Magazine, Assistance Superintendent of Police Kelvin Samura, assured all that the police are putting measures in place to maintain sanity in the country to ensure that the November 17 elections are manned professionally and efficiently. He described the Wellington incident and the Goderich as unfortunate.
