Goodluck hosts Ernest in Abuja

The two leaders had a closed door meeting which they both agreed led to very fruitful discussions. According to the Sierra Leonean President, the discussions were centered on additionally strengthening the already excellent ties that bind the two Countries and on charting new exciting paths for its furtherance. Sierra Leone has been often said to be the closest country to Nigeria in Africa, given the cultural and historical bonds.

President Koroma and his Delegation, which included the Honourable Ministers of Works and Infrastructure and of Foreign Affairs, Alimamy Koroma and J.B. Dauda respectively, and the High Commissioner of the Republic of Sierra Leone to Nigeria, Ambassador Henry Olufumi Macauley.
