Airtel partners with Girl Guides to keep the environment clean
On Monday at the Airtel Headquarters’ office in Wilberforce, the Sierra Leone Girl Guides and Rangers from the Saint Joseph’s Secondary School and Freetown Secondary School for Girls received Airtel branded T-Shirts for their participation in ‘World Thinking Day’ celebration.
The theme for this celebration ‘ We can save our planet’ was to raise awareness of the environment and the impact our lifestyles and choices have on it, the students together as one movement are, speaking out and taking action to save our planet.

The Girl Guides yesterday joined the world to sell out the reason for a healthy environment as they believe that the poorest people in the world are the ones who will feel the effects of environmental degradation and climate change most.

These guiders and rangers embarked on a street cleaning project yesterday, and Airtel has partnered with them by providing T shirts to the group to celebrate the World Thinking Day geared towards keeping our environment clean.
