Jago nurturing tomorrow’s champions
The International School, Jomo Kenyatta Road, since inception has been in the process of nurturing tomorrow’s champions; training students of the school to stand as the strong pillars towards self development and development of Sierra Leone. (Photo School Children receiving Jago products)
One of such example is Mr. Rajesh Hemnani an Indian, and an old pupil of the International School and now a prominent businessman heading PeeCee & Sons, the importers of various food products including leading brands Jago, Gino & Pomo ,brands owned by Watanmal Group.
Mr.Rajesh Hemnani to show his gratitude to his alma mater and identify himself with the present students, made a modest gesture to the students of International School.
He along with his team ran “JAGO BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN “at International School starting from 6TH To 8TH December 2011.
This included free distribution of Jago glucose biscuits, Jago drinking chocolate, and note books to student of classes 1st to 6th .
Jago back to school campaign concluded with distribution of prizes to top 3 student from classes 1st to 6th who have shown outstanding performance in their 1st term exams.
This campaign was aimed at encouraging students to excel in their performance and to become strong contributors towards Sierra Leone’s economy.
This campaign also raised awareness of JAGO brand which has its caption “Nurturing Tomorrow’s Champions.”
