Airtel soccer starlets adapt to Players’ Code of Conduct

The Airtel Rising Stars International Soccer Clinic continues with a focus on Communication and player’s discipline.

According to the Manchester United Soccer School (MUSS)coaches who are conducting the clinics, communication both on field and outside the field of play is critical to the success 0f any aspiring soccer player. Equally, a player’s discipline is fundamental to their development.

The two tenets are part of a code of conduct that the young aspiring players at the Airtel Rising Stars clinic are been immersed into by the coaches.

The Manchester United Soccer Schools Code of Conduct encapsulates five areas namely; attitude, behavior, communication, discipline, enthusiasm and fair play.

Commented Billy Miller, Manchester United Soccer Schools Head Coach at the Clinic: Each day we will pick a part of the code of conduct from our training model. Our Code of Conduct helps players to create a strong character that will help them make better decisions when playing the game and also away from football,” said Mr. Miller

He added; “Discipline to the players encompasses being prepared, punctual, respectful and the accompanying self-motivation to constantly adhere to laid down rules and plans.”
