Condolence – Jeneh Kandeh

The hour came and the inevitable happened with our mum, sister, and a servant to the nation, departing from us to the true world.

On behalf of my family and all sympathisers, I send our heartfelt condolences for the demise of a sister in-law, the Hon. late JENEH KANDEH, who parted from us a day after her 54th birthday on Monday, 1st August, 2011 to her family and the government of Sierra Leone.

Survived by five children and a grandson, eldest child to youngest include Mohammed Ibrahim Davis, Fatma, Baindu Davis, Adizer Ibrahim, Ninat Ibrahim and Farizzat Ibrahim aka FiFi Step mum Haja Rassie Kandeh, Uncle papa Momodu Kandeh. Brothers and sisters include; Kadiya Josephine Kandeh of New Jersey, Aminata Kandeh of Maryland, Mrs Mariama Kamara, Big Mohamed of Maryland, Alahji Ibrahim Gastoon of Virginia, Small Mohamed Kandeh of Ohio, Phatmata Kandeh Keita of Manassas Virginia, Fatmata Mahmoud Tejan Kamara of Woodbridge Virginia and Mohamed K Kandeh of Philadelphia, in-laws include Mr Ibrahim Samba Mansaray of Maryland, Dr.Alusine A Kamara of Virginia, Mr Brima Keita, Mr Mahmoud Tejan Kamara, Mrs Zainab Gastoon Kandeh, cousins include Brother Kemoh Gastoon Kandeh of New Jersey, and Koth Baba Kamara of Maryland, other and all of the Kandeyas families the Kamaras, Nabie relatives include Alahj Tofro Nabie of NY and all relatives in Sierra Leone and the diaspora. Fifi the youngest child who had the opportunity to visit her mum last year has this to say ”My mother was a goodhearted person, she loved people, she was loving and caring, very generous and I love her and may her soul rest in perfect peace.
