Kasonko reviles Philipson Kamara
Aged politician and Parliamentary representative for Kasonko Chiefdom in the Koinadugu District, Philipson Kamara, has had hits, insults and rejects from the electorates of constituency 47 owing to poor performances.
Philipson Kamara, who in 2007, won the Parliamentary seat for constituency 47 in the Kasonko Chiefdom, has served 34 years as the political delegate for the Chiefdom.
It was gathered that Philipson visited his constituency few weeks ago (Kasonko Chiefdom) to connect with members of the APC Koinadugu District executive for a meeting with the electorates.
That at the meeting he (Philipson Kamara) was insulted and later chased from out of the ‘court barray’ by group of angry electorates.
The incident was however published by the dailies and online newspapers respectively.
It is revealed also that Philipson Kamara received invectives from youths of Kasonko Chiefdom- calling him a ‘no result making’ politician.
He was referred to as an ‘aged’ and ‘greedy’ politician, who has had no tribute to his 34 or more years of political contributions.
Indigenes of Kasonko have categorically revealed to Sierra Express Media they vote against the APC in the 2012 elections if Philipson Kamara is forced on them.
“We will surely not vote for the APC in 2012 if Philipson Kamara is given APC party symbol,” indigenes of Kasonko said.
“He has been the Chiefdom’s political delegate for 34 years, but made no contribution to the development of the Chiefdom.”
