ACC to indict Mayor after 50th birthday
The Mayor of the City of Freetown, Herbert George Williams is reportedly in a confused state owing to information that an indictment chart exists at the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) for him.
A secret, but real revelation says, “Mayor Herbert Williams stands culpable of corruption involvement on a number of issues,” which to officials of the ACC is a must and has to be looked into.
The Morgan Heritage musical concert, it is told, is top on allegations of corruption over indulgences of the Freetown Mayor.
Credible information states that local musicians hired to do live performances during the Morgan Heritage concert held in December of 2010, have confirmed to officials of the ACC that were paid pittance of Le300,000 each.
Sources say officials of Freetown City Council lied to investigators at the ACC that they paid Le3 million each to local musicians.
