A Sierra Leonean International in the Cyprus second division football league, former Mighty Blackpool striker, Andrew Allie says he wants to score more goals this season and help his APEP side to the top of the Cypriot top division.

The player has also set his sights on joining Sierra Leone’s National team if he is given the chance. The AEL Limassol midfielder was on loan to APEP this season after signing a four year contract with Limassol.

He was not able to make his mark with only a goal to his name in the Limassol jersey before he was loaned. But before then he was the highest goal scorer with the Dynamos where he played with fellow Sierra Leonean Abdul Rahman Kamara accounting for 29 goals and helping the team to fourth division.

His display with the Dynamos prompt AEL to sign the 22 years old Sierra Leonean. Andrew Allie has a great ability to score goals, in his time with local club Mighty Blackpool of Sierra Leone; he won the highest goal scorer for the TIS TAS boys with 18 goals to his name. They won the Sierra Leone premier championship, and he was a member of the team that defeated CSS from Senegal in the African Champions league.

He is a well know name amongst the ranks in Sierra Leone football, he represented Sierra Leone in the U-17 championship in Turkey Meridian Cup and U-20 Qualification for World Cup in 2005.

His APEP side has played five league games with one win, two draws, and lost two; he has scored one goal with one assist so far.
