APC elders demand appointment of Health Minister
Party elders in the ruling All Peoples Congress have called on the President to quickly appoint a Minister of Health in order to prevent imminent doom hanging over the country’s health sector and in consonance with the fact that the current deputy Minister is not up to the task of running the Ministry. These elders are of the view that it is more than clear that the Deputy Minister is unable handle the free health care project.
Indisputable source from the Bo Government hospital revealed that the resident doctor is requesting the sum of Le 10,000  from each pregnant woman as consultation fees before treatment. The elders recognizes the role the acting minister has played to bring the free health care into reality but the stage at which the free health care now stands needs an individual with a strong character.
