Procurement of LED Floodlights
Procurement Number: SLAA/HEM/NCB/003/2018
The Sierra Leone Airports Authority has allocated funds towards the procurement of LED Floodlight to improve on the brilliance of the Freetown International Airport and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of LED Floodlights listed below:
- 07 pcs 1000W LED Floodlights
- 10 pcs 500W LED Floodlights
- 05 pcs 100W LED Floodlights
- 05 pcs 200W LED Floodlights
Bidding is opened to all suppliers who can demonstrate that they have the ability, financial or otherwise to undertake the project.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 250,000.00.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 30th April, 2018 at 12:00 hours. All bids must be accompanied by:
- Bid security of Le 6,502,650
- A valid tax certificate including TIN
- NRA Tax clearance
- NASSIT
- Manufacturer’s Authorization
Bids will be opened on Monday 30th April, 2018 at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidder’s representatives who chose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
