As US extends visas in light of Ebola crisis US Attorney offers free legal services
Fatmatu Haja Jalloh (in photo), a US Attorney in the DC, Maryland and Virginia areas has offered her services free of charge to Sierra Leone citizens offered immigration relief due to the Ebola virus.
The US government offered relief to citizens of countries affected by Ebola by extending those whose visas were to expire.
As some people could not take advantage due to the legal fees involved, attorney Fatmatu offered her services free of charge.
After reading a status posted on line Fatmatu said she felt motivated to help Sierra Leone citizens as her own contribution in the fight against Ebola by offering her services.
