National Ministerial Examination Results

Professor Parrot has conducted a very rigorous examination for ten of our ministers seven of whom failed with flying colors while the other three got borderline passes. It pleases the smart bird to publish the following unpleasant grades:

Minkailu Bah-30%. He needs to clear the reference in the non-payment of so-called volunteer teachers for several years and in the irregular and over-delayed payment of fees subsidies to primary schools. He also failed to tell the examiner the exact number of resurrected dead teachers in his ministry, so, he deserves the appalling grade.

Leonard Balogun Koroma-25% He woefully failed to answer the question on the exact unit cost of the 100 buses he illegitimately procured via a colossal illicit loan; he did not give the unit cost to either his examiner or to parliament despite all efforts, therefore, he deserves the woeful failure.

Dr. Sam Sesay-35% He failed to explain why and how most of the multifarious Agricultural Business Centers (ABCs) have become the whitest elephant. He also failed to explain the irony of food insecurity in the midst our much trumpeted food security, consequently, he deserves the dismal grade.

Joseph Bandabla Dauda-20% He failed to give a convincing justification for the proposed inflated price of passport to 500.000 Leones in a highly impoverished country where many citizens cannot easily afford their daily bread. He was also penalized for his provocative statement that passports were not meant for the poor.

Paul Kamara-28% He failed to properly explain why he cannot settle the protracted palavers plaguing the Sierra Leone Football Association and also failed to tell us why Sierra Leone hardly wins international competitions under his regime.

Abu Bakarr Fofana-60% He deserves the pass grade for beating back the corner our worst and most dreaded enemy, Ebola. He might have lost his life in the process.

Momodu Maligie-38% He failed to explain why Freetown is still suffering from shortage of pipe-borne water despite the huge sums of money pumped into his ministry. He also did not explain why most of the major towns in Sierra Leone are going without pipe-borne water.

Musa Tarawalie-65% He has succeeded in retrieving many state lands from rampaging land grabbers, so, he deserves the grade.

Diana Konomanyi-37% Her ministry is yet to fulfill Director Lebbie’s promise to supply motorbikes to all the Chiefdom Administrative Clerks in the country. Besides, the much-talked-about decentralization seems to be in theory, not in practice.

Keifala Marah-53% He deserves the grade for not participating in the illegal Balogun bus transaction.
