Metzger, former member of the Board of the Independent Media Commission, a Book of Condolence will be opened to the general public for signing on Wednesday 26th October 2011 at 9.00am at the Board Room of the Commission, 3rd Floor, Kissy House, 54 Siaka Steven Street, Freetown.
