The donation which comprised gallons of palm oil, sardine, onions, children toys, bundles of water, clothing for children, foam mattresses among others was donated  among victims of the natural disaster at Regent village in the west end of Freetown on Monday 28th August 2017.

Handing over the gift to beneficiaries at Regent, the Gospel Artist, Esther Michael who is the founder of Music for Girls Agency called on Sierra Leoneans and non-citizens at home and abroad to support victims of the multiple disasters adding that as an organization, they spent about Le20 million to purchase all the donated items.

She stated that they cannot provide everything for them but as an organization they are in place to offer the little they have as their own contribution to the relief efforts and she emphasized on the importance to help children who have lost their parents to the disaster.

She pointed out that her organization is geared towards helping young girls realizing their talents through music and she encouraged victims that they should develop courage to overcome their trauma and assured to always be with them until there be a lasting solution to their problems.
