Patriot Group fumigates Kroo Town Road market

The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company, Eddie Thomas said that the company has embarked on environmental cleaning and fumigation of public places over the years and has fumigated sixteen structured markets within the Freetown municipality to support the Freetown City Council to keep the city clean in addition to contributing to the Ebola campaign.
Eddie Thomas continued that Patriot Group employs several Sierra Leonean youths including drivers thus contributing to reduce unemployment in the country.
He further disclosed that Patriot Group has won the cleaning and driving contract for one of the leading GSM operators in the country, Africell and is working hard to win other contracts nationwide.
Eddie Thomas revealed that on Saturday 18th October, 2014 Patriot Group would fumigate the Garrison Street Market to enhance a hygienic environment underscoring that markets are overcrowded and must be regularly disinfected stressing, “cleanliness is next to Godliness.”
He called on all to adhere to the preventive measures of health personnel to prevent the spread of Ebola which he maintained is real noting, “this is the reason Patriot Group is sanitizing public places for a clean environment that will immensely contribute to end the outbreak.”
Freetown City Council Mayor, Sam Franklyn Bode Gibson commended Patriot Group for its partnership with the Council and its innovative contributions to clean the city over the years for a healthy environment which he reiterated has gone a long way to help keep the city clean, especially with the current health crisis in the country.
