2018 Presidential candidate banner denied at Belgium

Belgium Sellers Association has denied a welcoming banner of one Mohamed Kamaraimba Mansaray (MKM) who is currently campaigning to be the next presidential candidate under the ruling All People’s Congress (APC) for 2018 elections at their area of operations.

Secretary General of the association Gibril Osman Kamara told this press at his Belgium stop that the executive of the association does not know about the banner. He said they have even planned to investigate the poster of the said banner according to the association secretary. “This is really embarrassing to us, for an unknown person to just come and post a banner without the knowledge of the executive,” said Kamara. The secretary said even members of the association do not have the right to post anything without the consent of the executive.

Another member of the association Mohamed Sesay said he has been seeing the postal for over two months without knowing the main person that did the act, adding that since the area is a busy area they have no time to start asking about the banner. “I blame the entire executive of this association because they too have been seeing this for long,” noting that he and his colleagues would soon quarry the leadership of the association about the issue.

It could be recalled that Mohamed K. Mansaray has been to many places with his campaign trial in the country.  According to information, MKM was born and raised in an APC party home.   He joined the APC-North America branch and became the Youth Leader for APC Washington North America Branch in 2010.

His innovation and vision during his leadership, raised about $20,000 and spearheaded a “Feed The People” event during Sierra Leone’s 50th Anniversary celebrations in 2011. President Koroma met with him and the team from United States before the event and the President praised his initiatives and deeds to the people.

Mr. Mansaray engages in communities projects and in particular to organize residents all over the country to improve conditions in their lives and take ownership of Sierra Leone.  His efforts have met with some success, but he concluded are faced with a complex bureaucracy.

The information says MKM’s plans are to build a middle class system in Sierra Leone as he wants to make our country Sierra Leone a nation that everybody will be proud of. Mohamed Mansaray is exceptionally grateful to the people that are calling upon him to run for the Presidency in 2017.
