25th January, 2014 marked the tenth death anniversary of Mr. Robert Joseph Samuels formerly of Number 34 Wharf Road, Portee, Freetown.
Born on 5th. May, 1946; until his death he was Principal Collector of Customs.
Even though you are gone all these years your memory still lingers in our hearts.
