Lumley Big League Soccer Gala – Serwo FC to Engage Cockeril FC today
One of the newly formed football clubs within Lumley community, Serwo FC will today Thursday, 21st March 2013 engage Cockeril FC in their opening encounter in the Lumley Big League Soccer Gala at Grassfield, Lumley.
Serwo FC who won the Rev. Emile Jones trophy gala last month are currently in high spirits with encouraging results in their precious friendly matches in preparation for this gala. Their opponent, Cockeril FC too are no strangers in the annual big league soccer gala at Grassfield.
Speaking to the Team Manager of Serwo FC, T-M General said the squad is in high spirits and optimistic of victory in their opening match, adding there is no serious injury suffered and that they hope to do their best in the competition.
On Tuesday 19th March, Real Friends beat Jet FC 2-0. Both goals were scored in the 2nd half of play.
