Police Rice Confiscated

Information reaching this medium alleges that some senior officers of the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) headquarter office in Freetown have resorted to impounding the rice supplies of police officers who absent themselves from duty without proper excuse.

This information was relayed to this medium by some of the affected police officers who choose to remain anonymous.

In an exclusive interview, the affected officers revealed that over a hundred and fifty bags of their rice have been impounded in Freetown and in the provinces.

However, the Head of the Complaint, Discipline and Internal Investigation Department, CDIID, William Fayia Sellu has denied the allegation as a very big lie.
