Latter Days Saints& Youths facelift Constituency 101

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints partnered with youths of Constituency 101 past weekend to clean and give a facelift to their Grassfield Community. In an interview with Acting Chairman for constituency 101, Mr. Mohamed Kamara aka “Mohamed Rango” he underscored that they are championing cleaning exercises in their communities with supporting funds from the church.

Mr. Mohamed Kamara pointed that on several occasions their member of parliament Abdul Salam Kanu and the councilor Mama Na Wan have been neglecting the Grassfield Community adding that as positive youths they are poise to compliment the president’s Agenda for Prosperity and make it a success story.

The Acting Chairman commended the President of the Church of Latter Day Saints, Mr. Swarray Fomoh, for coordinating with the youths of Constituency 101 in the cleaning exercise and called on all patriotic Sierra Leoneans to join the band wagon of development.

Mr. Swarray Fomoh thanked the youths of Constituency 101 and the elders of the community for a worthwhile exercise and promised  his church’s continued support to cleaning the community as well as propagating the Gospel in Sierra Leone as cleanliness he emphasized is next to godliness.

The exercise attracted throngs of willing youths and elders of the community and it lasted for over four hours.
