Another Gay activist of the famous ‘Gay for Life’ organization on the run
Abdulai Kamara, a renowned gay activist of the famous ‘Gay for Life’ organization has been in hiding for fear of angry community members who called him a disciple of an unholy gay syndicate.
Abdulai of 2 Horton Street, Freetown, is currently residing in the far east of Sierra Leone precisely ‘Kailahun District’ in Garma Road Pendembu, serving as his organization’s gay coordinator in that part of the country. This year has attracted massive social unrest from various Muslim, Christian, and non-religious groups demanding his right to life. It is argued that Abdulai is trying to preach a new concept that is considered across our cultural values and legacy since the memorial of time taboo, as well a spiritual taboo ‘contravening’ the two books of our leading religion.
During this month, members of the community stormed the dwelling house of the activist but he was able to escape before they could catch him.
When this press attempted to strike inquiry to family members of the whereabouts of the victim they explained that Adbulai is yet to be seen. However, according to a source wishing to remain anonymous, the Abdulai is afraid for his life owing to the threat of all kinds, especially those concerning African voodoo of gunning him down through that means if spotted.
As of now the report has reached the Sierra Leone Police force who has been investigating the matter saying they are assuring him the ‘victim’ of a way out. But what seems to be the problem is the fact that the police can only boast of physical protection, not protection from voodoo magic which carries high potency in this part of the world.
